The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area but just a two-minute walk to Lord St main shopping area, making it very convenient. While being close to everything, it's not directly near the town centre of Southport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the receptionist, especially the female manager, provides excellent service. The dining offers more toast and includes fried fish. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
